Collectors of vintage design used to be a somewhat niche group but today’s dealers of iconic brands are seeking to expand their offering to a new generation of collectors, by appealing to their passion for design online. 

Dealer and archivist of high-end, vintage audio equipment, Wilton Music Mall needed to develop a brand identity to express their refined knowledge and expertise, as well as a website that could present their inventory with clarity. 

Our design for them emphasises Wilton Music Mall’s credibility, informed by the aesthetics of the desirable audio objects they deal in. The design highlights the nature of collecting, making use of precise typography and close-up photography that responds to the collector’s need to inspect product detail online.

The website is a shrine to audiophilia with navigation inspired by cataloguing systems. It guides visitors swiftly through the vast collection, allowing them to hone in on WMM’s  forensic knowledge with ease. 

To promote WMM’s brand presence we also created highly shareable social media content with particular appeal to collectors.
